All those attending are asked to email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone the ASA office at the earliest opportunity. As stated previously these replies give the Secretary a good indication regarding the catering arrangements required for lunch etc. and your co-operation would be much appreciated. (Please note there is no charge for lunch). However entry will not be denied if the form has not been received by the Secretary. A 2017 ASA Journal and management plan will be given to all those attending the AMM.
This meeting forms a forum for the ASA membership and for those who are members of Affiliated and Local Clubs to be able to hear direct from the Flag Officers the previous seasons results and the Flag Officers plans for the future. The membership is invited to comment on these plans and decisions. Your support for the annual conference is always appreciated by the Flag Officers who wish to know the feelings of the membership regarding sailing in the Army and the facilities that the ASA are able to make available to its members. A direct debit membership and gift aid form is enclosed for those who have not joined the ASA (The cheapest by far of all three services). Membership is the ASA’s life blood.
