COWES WEEK 11th – 18th AUGUST 2012
MOORING REQUIREMENTS

After the receipt of an offer from the Harbour Master at Cowes in respect of yacht berths for Cowes Week 2012. I am pleased to inform you that the Harbour Master has agreed once again to make berths on the Whitegates site available to the Army Sailing Association; if there is sufficient support I will firm up the bookings. Please would Affiliated Clubs, Individual entries etc complete the form at Annex A and return to my office by no later than 1st June 2012 in order that I am able to make the bookings.

Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and it is expected that vessels will be
rafted up to a maximum of four deep (non walk ashore).

The cost this year is £19.31 including VAT per metre for the whole 8 night period of Cowes Week; this is a very good deal. BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FULL WEEK.

PAYMENT

When completing Annex A please enclose a cheque payable to ‘COWES HARBOUR

No bookings will be taken after the 1st June 2012.

Uncle Bill will not be available.
